In today’s show, Denisa - who is an integrative nutritionist by education and a vegan by passion - talks about “the right diet” and why is it important to choose a way of eating that resonates WITH US and is not dictated by others (the family, friends or “experts”). Her practical, down-to-earth approach, simple yet easy to implement tips and a tolerance for any eating style (as long as it is healthy, of course ;)) makes her a compelling guest and a fantastic conversation partner. Trust us, you don’t want to miss this show!
Do you feel like a hamster on a spinning wheel? Nowadays, many people seem to be busy, yet it doesn't look like they are achieving much. Or even if they do, by the end of the day, rather than feeling fulfilled, they feel exhausted - dreading the next day, where the endless circle of madness begin again. Do you feel like every day you chase your own tail, and it feels like no matter what you do, you'll never catch it? If yes, this program is for you!
This time we tried in the studio something entirely new: Instead of one special guest, we had SIX! Six entrepreneurs and business owners: Jan Rezek, Muna Shakour, Maria Voss, Kotryna Kurt, Emilie Wren and Renee Vidor, were debunking myths about the social life of an entrepreneur. If you are considering starting your own business, you should definitely listen to this show! Among others we discussed: Do entrepreneurs really work averagely 80+ hours per week? Is your social life officially over once you start your own business? And do people change the way they talk to you once you’ve become an entrepreneur?
Antony Ryan has become a friend of the show from a moment we’ve found out that he was the “anonymous musician” aka Paul who has sent us a challenge back in April 2018. His problem was so interesting that we have decided to record not two (as usually) but three (!!!) episodes while solving his challenge and this is how “5 ways how to feel inspired again” (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3) was created. This week, Antony (aka Paul) has visited us at the Radio Station to tell us what has changed in his life since we solved his challenge half a year ago.
Somewhere in September, You’ve Got 5 Options received a life challenge from an anonymous listener that was beyond our problem-solving capabilities. We’ve decided to look for an expert who could join us on the Radio and advise Catie on how to cope with her problem. Catie has mentioned that she is interested in alternative methods (like hypnotist) and that she has already tried a standard psychological treatment which didn’t work, so we have decided to reach out to a conscious healer.
Fatema has graced us already with her presence as a Special Guest on the 2-episodes program “5 key ingredients to make a captivating presentation” (Part 1 and Part 2), where she shared her expert knowledge regarding creating presentations that are unique and memorable. However, in the meantime we have discovered that Fatema has an amazing personal story to share, and we have decided to feature her journey on our bi-weekly LIVE SHOW. Listen to this remarkable interview, where above all, you will learn that being brave is not necessarily about revolutionary quantum leaps about making small courageous moves - one move the time.
This episode marks yet another milestone for You’ve Got 5 Options Radio when Anna has recorded an episode without Marta! It was tougher than anyone could ever anticipate (!!!) but Anna was blessed with an amazing guest, Fatema Barot Mota - a truly talented woman, who not only is a Senior Art Director at Lego but also an organizer of Pecha Kucha Events in Vejle. Pecha Kucha is a simple presentation format where you show 20 images, each for 20 seconds. The images advance automatically and you talk along to the slides, which means that you have exactly 6 minutes and 40 seconds to present your topic. Currently, Pecha Kucha events are happening in more than 1000 cities around the world and one of those cities is Vejle, where Fatema took the lead and created something truly remarkable!
Antony Ryan has become a friend of the show from a moment when we found out that he was our “anonymous musician” aka Paul from “5 ways how to feel inspired again” (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3). This time we have invited him to join us as a special guest on the LIVE SHOW: “What the heck am I doing here as an expat?” and we were not disappointed! Join us for this incredibly hilarious yet insightful show where we discuss a life of an expat and adjusting to “a Danish reality”.
