My challenge is: how do I create quality time during my week?
I have a full-time job in Denmark, I like what I do and usually, I spend around 9 hours in the office. I would like to start some long-term activity (volunteering, being part of a club or of an organization, do a weekly class, etc.).
Somehow, my week is always full (today a dinner, tomorrow cinema, the day after someone comes to visit, etc.) even if I have the impression that I am not actually doing anything special with my free time.
I can find time once in a while to work intensively on something but I am not able to organize a weekly activity. How do I find some time regularly in the week?
